I believe that we are all essentially one, connected by the threads of life. This belief is deeply influenced by the writings of Eckhart Tolle and Deepak Chopra. One of my favorite quotes from Eckhart Tolle is, "The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it." And from Deepak Chopra, I love, "In the midst of movement and chaos, keep stillness inside of you."
